JESS & CLARA NAVARRE
Jess and Clara Navarre, owners of Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services, came to Baytown in 1967 with their 3 children, Mike, Chris, and Judy after establishing the Baytown Ambulance Service, which they had up until 1994. In 1984, they acquired Paul U. Lee Funeral Home, which is now Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Jess, President of Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services, is a 1959 graduate of the Commonwealth College of Funeral Service in Houston, a Texas state licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, and a veteran of the U. S. Navy. He is a member of the Baytown Rotary Club, Baytown Optimist Club, and Memorial Baptist Church in Baytown, and is a former member of the Lee College Board of Regents. Clara, Secretary/Treasurer of Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services, is a very active longtime member of Second Baptist Church in Baytown. Jess and Clara also have 10 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter and live in Baytown.
CHRIS NAVARRE
Chris Navarre, Vice-President of Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services and General Agent for advanced planning, is a 1977 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Baytown, a 1982 graduate of the University of Houston Clear Lake and a 1986 graduate of the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in Houston. He is a Texas state licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer and a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps. Born and raised around the funeral business, he has been in funeral service since 1985. He is a member of the Baytown Lions Club, Baytown Rotary Club, Baytown Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the board of directors for the Baytown Chamber of Commerce and the Baytown Chapter of the American Diabetes Association. He lives in Beach City and has 3 children.
PAT MULLER
Pat Muller is a long time resident of Baytown and has been in the funeral industry since 1994. She is a longtime member of the Harvest Temple Pentecostal Church in Baytown. Her contributions to Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services are many. Some of her responsibilities include handling death certificates from start to finish, ledger sheet activities, greeting folks, and many other administrative duties. She has 2 children and 4 grandchildren. Pat enjoys reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
WAYNE NABORS
Wayne Nabors, Director of Advanced Planning, was born in Anniston, Alabama and is a 1971 graduate of Wesley College in Florence, Mississippi.
He is a veteran of the U. S. Army and a member of Cedar Bayou United Methodist Church and the Baytown Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He spent 10 years as a missionary in Mexico working with the Methodist Church before getting into the funeral and cemetery industry. He is a Texas state licensed insurance agent, specializing in prearranging funerals and cemetery needs. He has been helping families prearrange since 1980. It has always been a pleasure for him to help individuals get all of their arrangements taken care of to spare those they love unnecessary hardships and complications.
CHUCK SANTICHEN
Chuck Santichen was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Baytown in 1989. He is a member of the Catholic faith and a U. S. Navy veteran. He has won three Outstanding Achievement Awards and three Pursuit of Excellence Awards from The Forethought Group. He has been a Texas state licensed insurance agent for the past 10 years and is proud to be associated with the Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services family. As a prearrangement specialist, he is dedicated to serving and helping families with their pre need arrangements. He is available seven days a week to meet with families in the privacy of their own home or at the funeral home. He is knowledgeable and able to offer a variety of plans to suite one's individual needs.
IRMA MUNOZ
Having such a clean, neat facility is no accident. Irma has worked diligently and quickly since 1998 to insure that our facilities are ready for use at all times. A native of Mexico, she has lived in Baytown since 1977. Irma is a member of Guadalupe Catholic Church, where she is a member of the Sacred Heart Society and the Guadalupe Society. She and her husband live in Baytown. They have 6 children and 13 grandchildren.
